The Living Building Challenge standards are unique and stringent. They impact every vendor and service provided at the property by determining the parameters for all equipment and systems in the building and all janitorial products. The property is also home to two beehives located amongst the full roof solar panel array. Tenants of the PAE Living building have the added benefit of receiving jars of honey.
