With security being a concern throughout the pandemic, Interurban works with various CEID resources and vendors, along with making neighborhood connections, all to ensure the continuity of community security expectations and create positive networks. One of the project’s tenants, Mahlum Architects, has achieved a Living Building Challenge certificate, the first tenant to do so in the Portland market.
