About

In addition to being home to creative office users and retail tenants, the full-block Natural Capital Center is an event venue with four unique spaces - the Rooftop Terrace, the Bill Frank Jr. Conference facility, the Irving Street Studio, and the Parking Lot Plaza. From weddings, business conferences, and board meetings to outdoor dining and movie nights on the plaza, NCC can host non-profit, private, and corporate groups ranging in size from 50 people to 1,500 people.

“When you host your event in one of our buildings, you’re supporting Ecotrust’s work to advance environmental well-being, economic opportunity, and social equity for all.”

The building’s owner, Ecotrust, is a collaborative non-profit working with community members and organizations toward a vision of an equitable, prosperous, and climate-smart future.

“Interurban is a kind, dedicated, and smart team that supports our team, tenants and buildings with clear communication and a well-informed operating model.  We are so grateful for their excellent services, and leadership in the field of property management.  Our buildings and team are thriving because of their hard work and dedication to service.”
