  • Interurban is largely focused on the greater Portland metropolitan area, including Hillsboro, Beaverton, Tigard, Clackamas, and Oregon City. Depending on the size and complexity of the asset, we are open to evaluating opportunities in outlying Oregon markets such as Salem/Keizer, Eugene, John Day, St. Helens, and Medford.

  • Interurban manages historic office, suburban and downtown office, and suburban industrial, retail, and mixed-use properties.

    Interurban only manages commercial real estate, including retail, office, and warehouse. We do not manage residential real estate.
